赤岸村位于福建省福州市永泰县丹云乡的东北部，东与前洋村接壤，西与溪坪村相邻，北与闽侯县竹岐乡毗邻。[1]

2019年6月，村子被收入「第五批中国传统村落」名录，此后数年间又先后获得若干省级认定。[1][3]

地名由来[edit]

村名的旧称是七雁。据说周边有七座山头形状似雁，而福州方言中「七雁」与「赤岸」读音相近，因此改称赤岸。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地属丰和乡待旦里八都。1961年，村子随丹云人民公社的设立成为其赤岸生产大队；1984年改由丹云乡管辖，称赤岸村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，村子获福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；同年12月，被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅把它列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，同年12月，福建省绿化委员会又授予「2022年福建省森林村庄」的名号。[1]

2023年12月，村中的三叶青产业入选「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」；2025年11月，村子又入选「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有赤岸铳楼群，为福建省省级文物保护单位。据永泰县第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物目录，村内另有清代的弯头弯厝一处。[3][2]
