下洋村是福建省福州市永泰县丹云乡下辖的行政村，位于县境东北部，背靠天台山，与闽侯县接壤。[1]

村庄地处高山地带，海拔在650米以上，森林资源丰富，村域内大部分为天然生态保护林。2023年12月，村子获评「2023年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄地势较高，村中多毛竹、柑桔、芙蓉李、柿和木材，山羊、土鸡、土鸭等家畜家禽也有饲养。[1]

境内属国家级保护的动植物有十多种，红豆杉、野山羊、穿山甲等均在其列。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名起于从丹云村往南下坡处的一片平洋，此村位于该洋的下部，故称下洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地属丰和乡待旦里八都。1961年，它随丹云人民公社的建立成为其中的下洋生产大队；1984年改由丹云乡管辖，称下洋村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

据《永泰县第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物目录清单》，村内有清代建造的丹宅亭。[2]
