东洋村是东洋乡政府所在的行政村。村位于乡境西北部，东面紧邻周坑村，西侧与东斗、仑坪、秀峰三村接连，南面是长畲村，北面与西塘村接壤。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自所在位置：东洋溪的东侧有一片较宽的田洋。[1]

清代此地属和平乡保德里三十都。人民公社时期先归东洋管理区，后编为东洋人民公社的东洋生产大队；1984年起称东洋村委会，隶属东洋乡。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中的卢公堂建于民国十八年（1929年），外形呈尖塔状，高约10米，底层设戏台，二层供卢公神像，三层安观音像。2009年重新修缮，现可供参观。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年6月，东洋村列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予东洋村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2023年11月，村庄被命名为「2023年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]

2025年5月，东洋村被认定为「福州市2025年市级一村一品专业村」，主导产业为油茶。[1]
