梧村是福建省福州市永泰县洑口乡的行政村，位于乡境中南部，东与吉坑村交界，西与德化县水口接壤，共有5个自然村。[1]

村名的来历是，村子位于一座形似牛的山峰下方，古称「牛村」。后因「牛」与「梧」在方言中读音相近，改名梧村。[1]

村境海拔220米，村民以种植业为主要经济来源，村域森林覆盖率达86.5%，博雅地名网记此数未注统计年份。[1]

清代此地属和平乡应达里三十六都。[1]

1958年，梧村并入嵩口公社，成为洑口管理区下的梧村生产大队；1961年划归洑口人民公社，队名未改；1984年，洑口乡设梧村村委会。[1]

2013年，本村被列为永泰县首批「美丽乡村」建设示范村。[1]
