吉坑村是福建省福州市永泰县洑口乡的行政村，位于乡境中部，东与嵩口镇交界，西与梧村村接壤。[1]
村名的来历是，村内有一条水落差大、流速急的溪坑，原名「急坑」，后因「急」字方言与「吉」谐音，改为吉利的「吉坑」。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村境海拔220米。南与紫山村毗邻，同时与后亭村、后寨村、双溪村、山寨村、洑口村等村相邻。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地属和平乡应达里三十六都。1958年，吉坑编入嵩口公社的洑口管理区，成为其中的吉坑生产大队；1961年改属洑口公社，队名未改。[1]
1984年，洑口乡设吉坑村委会，取代原来的生产大队。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2013年，本村被列为永泰县首批「美丽乡村」建设示范村。[1]
