上洋村位于长庆镇中西部，在嶂山峰东侧，是镇内海拔较高的三个行政村之一，全村均为叶姓。村中的叶氏祖厝燕翼堂建于明代嘉靖年间，现仍保护完好。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村域21.2平方千米，共9个自然村，村民小组19个。东面连着中洋村和下埔村，北面与福斗村接壤，南边是南尾村，西与尤溪县中仙乡安宁村隔溪相望，西南与盖洋乡赤岭村相连。嶂山峰海拔1000多米。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

叶氏祖厝燕翼堂建于明代嘉靖年间，保护完好。村周围的自然村留有清初古民居十余座，其中观和寨依山而建，三进四落，四周以大石砌墙，墙上留有观察孔与枪眼，寨内房间多达八十余间。[1][2]

水文[edit]

嶂山溪是大樟溪的主要支流之一，从闇亭寺脚下流过，可开发漂流。[2]
