北斗村隶属福建省福州市永泰县清凉镇，位于镇的北部。村名因村内七座山丘排列似北斗七星而得。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1992年改设清凉镇北斗村民委员会，前身为1984年的清凉乡北斗村民委员会。1961年改为清凉人民公社北斗生产大队，1958年时属城关公社清凉管理区。1950年至1951年划入第一区，民国时期于1915年至1935年属北区，清代为中和乡光德里。[1]

2021年11月，村庄获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域东邻芹洋村，西连县良种场，南与农场相接，北与小田村相连。耕地899亩，其中水田844亩；林地2030亩，生态林690亩，水果面积1316亩，以李、梅、柑、橄榄为主。[2]
