旗山村隶属福建省福州市永泰县清凉镇，位于镇的北部，离镇所在地9.7公里。村名取自村址位于旗仑山麓之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1992年设清凉镇旗山村民委员会，前身是1984年的清凉乡旗山村民委员会。1961年为清凉人民公社的旗山生产大队；1958年时属城关公社清凉管理区，当时的生产大队名为箕山。清代此地属丰和乡待旦里十都。[1]

2024年1月，村庄获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域东邻芹洋村，西与白云岭下村相连，南接小田村，北与温南相接。耕地787亩，林地7480亩，竹林644亩。境内的黄坑头一带产青石材，资源约有500万立方米。[2]

村下辖旗山、连山、石厝、土门限等自然村，共9个村民生产小组，158户544人。[2]
