后洋村位于桔林乡北面，与古田县交界[1]。

地名由来[edit]

村前一片稻田，其下即古田溪。它是与古田交界之处的末一个自然村，因此取名后洋[1]。

文化[edit]

2020年2月，后洋村入选第三批福建省省级传统村落[1]。同月公布的名单中，脐橙产业获2019年度“一村一品”认定，柑桔产业获2020年度认定[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

村东的桃园顶自然村有一座石拱桥，属单跨结构；全长6.3米，拱跨3.1米，宽2.85米，矢高2.66米[2]。
