上洋村是闽清县三溪乡下辖的行政村，位于乡东南部，与闽侯县鸿尾乡、永泰县白云乡隔山相望，相距均不超过7公里。村名的来由是本村为上四都最高的村落，村中有一片盆地，故称上洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属永宁乡孝顺里，清代属旌良乡，民国时期属玉文镇一个保。1961年成立三溪公社时划入里山大队；1964年三溪公社并入坂东公社，仍为里山大队；1977年改名上洋大队。[1]

1980年三溪公社恢复后，上洋大队隶属其下。1984年7月三溪乡人民政府成立，上洋成为乡属村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

八闽岳祖白岩山风景区坐落在本村境内。山上悬崖陡壁、层状小峰峦和岩洞众多，宋代理学家朱熹曾多次登临，并留下「八闽岳祖」的题刻。[2][3]

文化[edit]

2017年9月，本村被收入第二批福建省传统村落名录，2018年又获评「福建最美乡村」。[3]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2022年12月，本村被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」。2023年12月，本村被认定为「福州市2023年市级一村一品专业村」，主导产业为油茶。[1]
