下洋村是福建省福州市闽清县坂东镇下辖的行政村，村名因所在洋地上下分为两部分而来。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，早年许族迁居此地，当地土名龟洋。洋中北高南低，分为上下两洋，此处靠下，故称下洋；明末定名，沿用至今。[1]

1984年7月起由村委会管理，隶属坂东镇。1961年分出下洋大队；1958年归坂东公社文定大队；1950年属第五区文定乡；民国时期属玉文镇文定保。明清时称三都下洋厝。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2022年12月，下洋村被定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」。2024年6月，该村入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。2024年1月，村中获得「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1][4]
