利洋村为连江县小沧畲族乡的一个行政村，村址在乡新址北端，离乡政府不足1公里。村名的含义是希望山仔水库能造福百姓。[1]

该村由掌濑、过洋等原属七里村的自然村村民组成，他们因山仔水库建设迁至利洋坪旧址，此后自成行政村。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

利洋原是一处小自然村，旧属太平乡安仁上中里。民国初年划入溪港自治区，1929年成为小沧乡的附乡。之后居民陆续迁离，只留下遗址，称利洋坪。[2]

1990年，为修建山仔水利枢纽，小沧乡政府所在地以及七里村的掌濑、过洋两个自然村被划入淹没区，村民迁往利洋坪旧址。关于分立的时间，博雅地名网两处说法不同：一处称1993年5月，掌濑、过洋连同牛楼从七里村划出，另设利洋村民委员会，内设4个村民小组；[2]另一处称1992年6月自七里行政村分出，成为利洋行政村。[3]

2000年，村内108户、469人，皆为畲族。[2]

2020年12月，该村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」；2022年12月，被认定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2024年6月，又列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
