下洋村是福建省福州市连江县长龙镇下辖的行政村，位于连江县东北部山区，距县城约23千米。村辖下当、圹口、新村三个自然村，据博雅地名网，是长龙镇各行政村中规模最大的一个。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村子南面接浦口镇，相距约5千米；北面靠透堡镇，相距约8千米；西面与东湖镇、丹阳镇为邻。村中的才溪水库长约1.5千米。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

唐朝时属名闻乡嘉贤里，宋朝时改属嘉贤上里。民国初年归第五区管辖。民国二十九年（1940年）设下洋乡，此后1958年建下洋大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]

本村是革命老区基点村，土地革命时期做出过较大贡献，烈士梁仁钦即出生于此。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

九使府是抗日游击队的成立地，在本村内。1941年4月19日，连江第一次失守之后，中共连江（临时）县委按省委指示，在此组建抗日游击队。梁仁钦任下洋支部书记期间，向党员与抗日骨干传达了联络暗号。[1]

才溪水库边建有兴龙寺两座。[2]

通往浦口的长浦公路旁有一处无崖头，据博雅地名网，戚继光带兵经过时在此留下一口千人井。[2]

经济[edit]

村民种植反季节蔬菜，近年来也大量生产蘑菇，茶园和茶厂是村中的主要产业。[2]
