上洋村是首占镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西南部，东侧与长乐城关相接，西面与营前镇交界，北连航城街道。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自上洋顶与洋夏两地的各一字，全村分为洋夏、上洋两个自然村。[1]

据《长乐县志》，此地古属洋下四墩之一，其中吴厝墩因吴氏人口锐减，地名后被上洋顶取代。[1]

随长乐新城区的拓展，上洋村划入新城区。[1]
