玉树社区位于台江区洋中街道东部，东以五一南路为界，南临达道河，北至国货西路。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

古时当地称为玉树境，社区名称由此而来。[1]

居委会于1956年建立，文革时期改用红日居委会的名称，1979年才恢复旧名。[2]

1995年区划调整时，原属新港街道的玉树居委会划入洋中街道；2001年，它与其他居委会、村委会整合为9个社区之一；2014年8月成为洋中街道4个社区居委会之一。[3]

地理环境[edit]

面积0.116平方千米；居民6294人，分住在2384户中，未注明统计年份。百度百科记面积约0.12平方千米，人口同为6294人。[1][4]

文化[edit]
