洪山镇是福建省福州市鼓楼区下辖的镇，位于鼓楼区西部，西侧以闽江中心线与仓山区相接，全镇辖12个社区居委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

洪山镇的名称来自境内的洪山桥。据博雅地名网，明万历六年（1578年），福建巡抚庞尚鹏另建新桥并定名洪山桥；清乾隆年间重建时，桥墩改用条石砌筑。1985年12月，新建的洪山大桥通车，旧桥的桥墩至今尚存。[3][4]

1949年后，这一带先后使用洪山区、红卫公社、洪山公社、洪山乡等名称。1984年撤社建乡，1992年洪山乡改为镇。[3][5]

关于划归鼓楼区的时间，维基百科称1995年底由福州郊区（今晋安区）划入鼓楼区，博雅地名网则作1996年归属鼓楼区，两说并存。[3][5]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东以西二环北路、道山西路和白马北路一线为界，西以闽江中心线与仓山区建新镇金山开发区相接，南以上浦路和斗池路一线与台江区接壤，北以洪甘路与闽侯县荆溪镇交界。[1]

据博雅地名网，316国道穿过镇境，境内道路纵横交错。[4]

除12个社区居委会外，镇内另有7个经合社，分别是黎明、西郊、国光、保福、晨光、梅峰和双下。[1]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网，1992年镇内设立洪山科技园，该园被称为全国首家镇办国家高新技术产业开发区。乡镇企业中，工业以生物工程、电子、精细化工和光机电一体化为主。[4]

鼓楼区政府网站的镇情介绍把产业分为三个区域：中部有四个片区，即「福州高新区洪山园」「金牛山互联网产业园」「福大怡山文化创意园」和「白马河信息传媒港」；南部的商贸与餐饮业较为集中；西北部则有沃尔玛山姆会员店带动周边商业。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

西禅寺位于怡山山麓。寺址原为道教修道之所，唐咸通八年（867年）改建为佛寺，初名清禅寺，后称延寿寺，长兴年间获赐长庆寺之名，此后改称西禅寺。维基百科称其为汉族地区佛教全国重点寺院之一，并为福州市文物保护单位；博雅地名网作咸通八年为887年。[7][8][6]

寺内有唐代七星井、《塔内真身记》碑和慧棱禅师塔等。[8]

保福寺在象山社区保福村的保福山南麓，全称隆寿保福寺，其历史可上溯到南朝陈天嘉二年（561年）。据博雅地名网，明洪武年间有过重建，清代也曾重修。它被列为鼓楼区文物保护单位。[10][6]

张经墓在原厝村的黄店山，是明代抗倭将领张经的墓，为福建省文物保护单位，1961年5月10日公布。[11][12]

沈葆桢墓在梅亭村火烽山南麓，建于清光绪五年（1879年），1992年11月公布为福州市第三批市级文物保护单位。鼓楼区2025年的保护办法也将其列在洪山镇名下。[13][9]

叶祖珪墓在洪山镇梅亭村，1986年公布为区级文物保护单位。[14][9]

黄钟瑛墓在金牛山北麓。墓主是中华民国海军总长黄钟瑛，墓地原为其家族所建，始于清光绪二十九年（1903年）。工程建设使墓在1988年被迁到原址后方约700米处。1992年，墓被定为市级文保单位。[6][15]

萨镇冰墓是海军将领萨镇冰的墓，他去世后葬于父亲萨怀良的墓中。[16][9]

公园与步道[edit]

左海公园位于铜盘路，1990年由洪山镇农民集资兴建，2008年1月1日起免费开放。[17][18]

福道是一条城市森林步道，东北端接左海公园，依金牛山山脊而建，是洪山镇机构简介中列举的辖区步道。维基百科称它是中国首条全钢结构悬空步道，2015年开工，2017年底建成，同年获国际建筑奖。[1][19]

金牛山公园依金牛山的山体规划建成，2001年5月1日起对外开放，洪山镇机构简介也将其列为辖区公园。[20][1]
