安泰街道是福建省福州市鼓楼区南部的街道，位于福州古城南门一带，东以五一中路与于山东麓为界，西以白马路与白马河东侧为界。街道辖有五一广场、于山、乌塔、乌山4个社区。[1][2]

街道是福州市委、市政府所在地。辖区内有乌山、于山、乌塔和白塔等古迹，区政府网站还将朱紫坊列在本街道名下。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

街道名称取自辖区内的安泰桥，桥名寓意美好。街道于1955年设立，1960年一度改为公社，1964年复设街道，1968年改称红卫街道，1979年恢复原名。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

街道面积，百度百科作1.59平方千米，博雅地名网作约1.8平方千米，两说并录。[2][3]

辖区东界为五一中路与于山东麓，西界为白马路与白马河东侧，南面沿东西河至海底路，北面以道山路、安泰河、津门路一带为界。[1]

人口[edit]

街道网站2023年8月刊载的数字为辖区户籍9658户、常住人口25394人，未注明统计年份。[1]

百度百科记2011年末辖区户籍人口30442人，与上述数字时点不同，此处并列。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

于山又名九仙山、九日山，在五一广场附近，海拔58.6米，占地11.9公顷，与乌山、屏山并称福州“三山”。汉代传说何氏九兄弟在此炼丹，故得名九仙山；闽越王无诸重阳宴饮也在此，因称九日山。1966年曾改名红岩山，1977年恢复原名。山上现存白塔寺院、戚公祠和100多处摩崖题刻。[3][4]

于山白塔寺东侧的戚公祠供奉抗倭名将戚继光，祠屋于1918年重新建成。[10]

白塔即报恩定光多宝塔，相传为闽王王审知为父母荐福而建，建于唐天佑年间，博雅地名网作905年。附属的寺庙称定光寺，俗称白塔寺。现存塔身为明代砖塔，高41米。[3][4]

乌山又称乌石山，占地27.3公顷，海拔84米。汉代何氏九仙射乌落石的传说是山名的由来，早年称射乌山。唐代曾于天宝年间赐名闽山；宋代程师孟将其改称道山，修建道山亭，曾巩还为之作记，即《道山亭记》。山上摩崖石刻二百余处，有唐代李阳冰篆书《般若台铭》。山上另有先薯亭、朱子祠、九贤祠和吕祖宫。[5]

乌塔全称“乌石山崇妙保圣坚牢塔”，位于乌山，为八角七层石构建筑，后晋天福二年（937年）王延羲所建，博雅地名网作此年。百度百科乌山条则作始建于唐贞元年间，两说不同，此处取博雅地名网的记载。[5][11]

朱紫坊位于安泰河边，西靠八一七北路，坊内多明清民居与名人故居。宋代朱敏功居此，朱氏兄弟四人皆登仕版，故得名。2014年5月被认定为福建省首批省级历史文化街区。芙蓉园与萨氏民居属于「三坊七巷和朱紫坊建筑群」，这一建筑群为第六批全国重点文物保护单位。[6][7]

法海寺在于山北麓，五代后晋开运二年（945年）始建，初名兴福院，宋大中祥符年间改名法海寺。清初寺废，乾隆年间复建。1929年，圆瑛法师以此为雪峰寺廨院，常住讲经。[8]

福州文庙俗称孔庙，在圣庙路。唐大历七年（772年）已设学宫，宋太平兴国年间改作孔子庙。现存庙宇为清咸丰年间重建，2006年列为第六批全国重点文物保护单位。[9]

于山大士殿为清代宗教建筑群，1911年11月福州革命党人起义，曾在此设前敌指挥部，今为辛亥革命前敌指挥部旧址。[12]
