塘上社区是浙江省杭州市萧山区瓜沥镇下辖的社区，位于瓜沥镇坎山片南部，航坞山西麓。社区名源自本地的古塘。坎山老街最南段俗称上街，又名塘上街，社区由此而来。[1][2]

地理与人口[edit]

据区政府网站2022年发布的社区概况，四界：东以衙坎线（东升路）为界，西为勇建村，南为凤升村，北为坎山初中，面积0.51平方公里。户籍848人，常住1667人，设15个小组，居民代表51人。60周岁以上者421人，占总人口49.65%，老龄化较重。社区现有党员73人，其中预备党员2人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于2003年10月成立，由原居民一村和杭州东升丝厂合并而成。[1]

建国前为坎山镇第一保，建国后归坎山乡，1958年改称坎山镇居民一村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年5月，塘上社区获评萧山区2020年度“平安村（社区）”。[2]
