名称与沿革[edit]
该地在乾隆年间因钱塘江沙地淤积而形成，原村落位于龙王沙中心，因此取名「龙心」。[3]
此地在1958年设龙王沙生产队，2002年6月才撤村改居。2007年转塘街道设立，社区隶属其下。[3][2]
社区建设[edit]
社区党建采用「网格化管理、组团式服务、片组户联系」，分为3个小组。[2]
