长庆街道位于浙江省杭州市拱墅区东南部，辖区面积1.39平方千米，下辖6个社区，办事处设在长庆街51号。截至2020年第七次全国人口普查，常住人口为42675人。[1][2][5]

街道名称来自政府驻地所在的长庆街。辖内的杭州中国丝绸城，据拱墅区政府介绍是国字号特色街区。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

五代时，吴越于后梁龙德二年（922）割钱塘、盐官等地设立钱江县，此地属钱江县。北宋太平兴国四年（979），钱江县更名仁和县，此地归其管辖。南宋绍兴三年（1133），县治迁往招贤坊，这一带遂处于南宋临安城的中心区域。[3]

辛亥革命后此地隶属杭县，称城区。1927年5月，杭州市设立，境域归杭州市城区。1949年6月设下城区，此地属下城区。1954年8月此地设立街道，因境内有古忠清巷而取名忠清巷街道。海狮沟街道于1957年12月并入。1962年5月，忠清巷街道改称长庆街道，1980年9月恢复此名。2021年3月，杭州市部分行政区划优化调整，此地划归拱墅区。[3][4]

地理环境[edit]

辖区东边隔东河与潮鸣街道相望，南边和上城区小营街道相接。西面以中河为界，与武林街道、天水街道分隔；北面以京杭大运河为界，与朝晖街道、文晖街道相邻。辖区东西向最宽处约0.89千米，南北向最长处约2.03千米。[1][4][5]

人口与民族[edit]

2011年末，常住的总人口有46149人，城镇化率达100%，流动人口为5626人。在总人口里，汉族有45826人，少数民族共323人，其中回族110人，满族38人。[4]

经济与商贸[edit]

辖内的商贸场所包括中国丝绸城、环北丝绸服装城和环北小商品市场。其中小商品市场以服装和日用小百货为主，丝绸城经营丝绸面料、丝绸服装和丝织工艺品。[1][4]

教育与医疗[edit]

2011年末，街道有幼儿园2所、小学3所、初中1所、重点高中1所。杭州高级中学、杭州春蕾中学位列其中，小学有杭州市青蓝小学、杭州市文龙巷小学，以及杭州大成实验小学。当年医疗卫生机构共8个，床位42张。[4]

文化与非物质文化遗产[edit]

省级非物质文化遗产名录收入了鹰爪功，市级名录则有杭州广兴堂药膳。[4]

据拱墅区政府介绍，街道获得的荣誉有「全国五好基层关工委先进集体」「全国学习型社区示范街镇」「浙江省文化强镇」「法治浙江建设优秀单位」「浙江“慈孝的力量”镇街」，以及「浙江省“红色根脉”强基示范街道」。全国首个楼道党支部诞生于此，「66810」为民服务工作法也出自这里。[1]

文物古迹[edit]

梁宅、白衣寺、吴宅和明宅四处都是市级文物保护单位。白衣寺在王马社区境内，吴宅在吴牙社区境内。[1][4][6][7][8]
