石源村位于三角镇，城乡分类为村庄。村名来历是：早年几个姓氏的先人在大石桥和现在新建小组一带落户，村旁石山多，村民以打石为生，因而称石源。2026年1月，石源村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年，石源隶属东源顺天；1965年设石源大队，改由莲塘农场管辖；1970年划归大湖公社。1995年三角与大湖分开，石源复归三角，先设石源管理区办事处；1998年才改设石源村委会。[2]
经济[edit]
村内建有莲藕产业园，县政府网站称它是农文旅亮点之一。[5]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，石源村列入2020年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2023年5月，又获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
2024年，县政府工作报告把石源村列为市级典型村建设的对象之一。[4]
