历史沿革[edit]
罗洋原由车新大队分出，1983年撤销大队改为乡，1986年改为村委会，此后1989年设管理区，1999年又设村委会。[1] 2019年，镇内完成了左拔至罗洋的窄路基路面改造工程。[2]
文化[edit]
2023年5月，省爱卫会把2022年度卫生村的称号授予该村。[1] 2019年9月，该村列入省2018年度民主法治示范村创建名单。[1]
经济[edit]
2026年的镇工作计划提出，对丰稔村、礼堂村、罗洋村的村级水厂或管网进行升级改造，并推进农村集中供水「三同五化」。[3]
