良庄村在中坝镇境内，相传原名杨庄，因村民多姓杨。[1] 明代之后中坝温氏始祖思敬公自兴宁迁来，杨姓陆续外迁，客家话里「杨」「良」谐音，渐渐写成良庄；村西仍有杨庄围的地名。[1] 曾任紫金县副县长的温敬尧是该村人。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
民国18年设良庄乡，属第三区；1952年5月复设，归第二区；1958年成立生产大队；1983年称良庄乡；1987年4月为村委会；1989年设管理区；1999年撤管理区、重设村委会。[1]
著名人物[edit]
温敬尧（1906—1955）出身贫苦农家，生于良庄村。[2]
