公路两侧已有养鸡场和养鸭场，当地鼓励村民利用山地种植荔枝和花蕾原木树。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1966年设新陆生产大队，1983年改乡，1987年改村委会，1994年称管理区，1999年又称村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，被广东省爱卫会授予“2021年广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
