历史沿革[edit]
1954年设五区竹龙乡，1957年底成为平陵乡竹龙村，1958年10月改设竹龙大队，1984年3月时改名竹龙乡，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年10月起改称管理区，至1999年4月定名为竹龙村。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，名列广东省2018年度“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位。[1]
