白石塘村是广东省肇庆市四会市龙甫镇的行政村，村委会沿红罗线（X416）公路设置，辖17个村民小组，面积约15平方公里，约1900余人，是龙甫镇离集镇最远的村委会[1]。
地名与沿革[edit]
1998年，四会市根据广东省有关理顺农村基层管理体制的通知，撤销管理区，设白石塘村民委员会，村名取自村委会驻地白石塘村[1]。在此之前，这里先属上甫乡（1950年），后并入甫蓉乡，1961年单立白石塘大队，1983年改乡，1987年改称管理区[1]。2004年，三角塘、禄村两个村委会并入白石塘村委会[1]。
经济[edit]
村委会距四会市区12公里、距龙甫集镇10公里，地处丘陵山岗，仅有一条过境公路[1]。村里引进了四会市规模最大的花岗岩采石场禄村石场以增加集体收入，并形成山上种速生桉、水田种水稻和花生、鱼塘养殖、塘基养猪的生产模式[1]。2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村[1]。
