据博雅地名网，东岸城村辖14个村民小组，在册586户、2823人，总面积7.5平方公里，耕地1450亩（该网未注明统计年份）。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]
1952年土地改革时，良雷村设良雷乡政府；1956年冬迁到大坪坡地；1958年人民公社化时与香山、东岸联合设大队，1962年与香山分开。1984年，县内有两个东岸，县里决定把这里的东岸乡改称东岸城乡，缘由是它在罗江东南岸，建有一座古城；1987年设村民委员会，1989年设管理区办事处，1999年恢复村民委员会，一直如此。[2]
