六双村位于高州市荷塘镇境内，属镇辖村民委员会。韩、杨、叶、邱、张等姓先后迁来定居，起初称六庄，后改为六双。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
八十年代初，1983年设置乡，三年后的1986年更名为农村管理区，到1999年之后定名六双村民委员会，此后名称未再变动。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 属2019年广东省卫生村（当年10月公布）。[1]
