潮利村是茂名市茂南区鳌头镇辖下的行政村，设村民委员会，由人民公社时期的生产大队沿革而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
该村的前身是1958年建立的潮利大队；1983年政社分设，改以潮利乡为名；其后依次改为村民委员会（1987年）和管理区（1989年），至1999年重新定为村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
