历史沿革[edit]
丹布在建国初先设农会，属保吉乡，1952年改属古市乡；之后办初级社、高级社，1958年为主田公社古市管理区的丹布大队。1983年称乡，1988年称管理区，1998年撤区建村，成立丹布村委会。[1]
村名的传说是浈江边有一处便于摆渡的地方，早年水运为主，渡口称「丹铺」，后谐音写作「丹布」。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地3927亩，党员81人，主要种黄烟和晚造水稻，年集体收入2.5万元，主要来自黄烟分成和办公经费。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，村里获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2022年8月，又成为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2023年4月，名字出现在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建名单上。[1]
