名称与沿革[edit]
社区以辖区内的较大居民区萝岗村为名，萝岗之名来自四周山岗罗列的地形[3]。社区居民委员会设立于2005年[1]。
大塱村[edit]
大塱村属萝岗社区。按族谱的说法，罗氏先祖在南宋咸淳九年（1273年）从江西豫章迁到这里[2]。罗氏宗祠始建于清代，1937年被日军焚毁，1949年由村民重建，2009年修缮，2011年重新开光并被评为萝岗区文保单位，2020年因旧村改造拆除，2024年12月在原址重建落成，现为三进格局，占地2700平方米，并改作文化礼堂[2]。
大塱村的旧村改造涉及房屋719栋，在2019年6月获批，复建安置区于2024年6月建成；据报道，村集体年收益由1000万元增至1.1亿元[2]。村旁的至泰广场由大塱村集体合作开发[4]。
荣誉[edit]
2024年11月，社区入选高质量就业社区（村）名单，为2024年度[1]。
