上元岗社区是广东省广州市天河区元岗街道下辖的社区，位于元岗村原上元岗一带。[1]
社区的名字来自元岗村：元岗村分上、下元岗，这里是上元岗所在，故名。[1] 社区范围东到元岗小学，北到广州军区防化技术大队，南到上元岗公园商业步行街，辖区面积0.35平方千米，博雅地名网载人口8864人（含半年以上流动人口，未注明年份）。[1]
社区于2002年8月1日成立。[1] 社区入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2022年11月被认定为「广州市2022年绿色社区」；2024年11月被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
