历史沿革[edit]
1951年，这一带是前鉴区大沙头街道办事处下的大沙头居民小组。大沙头居委会成立于1965年，其间换过东华人民公社、广九街、红云街、白云街几个上级。1992年6月它被一分为二，其中一半设为海印居委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
据百度百科，社区在越秀区东南部，南边濒临珠江，北边是新河浦涌，西边是东濠涌，东面一直到东湖路和二沙岛的东端。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，社区列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年11月被确定为广州市2021年绿色社区；2026年1月，被评为2025年度广州市充分就业社区。[1][2]
