历史沿革[edit]
寺前社区是2002年把原来的第六、第七居委会并在一起设立的，到2014年，鸿昌居委会也划入其中。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
辖内有华林寺、锦纶会馆等历史遗迹；2025年6月，社区组织居民探访了五眼井和锦纶会馆。[1]华林寺的舍利塔是荔湾区登记保护文物单位，2011年12月认定，建于康熙四十年（1701年）。[3]
