历史沿革[edit]
黄村开村于南宋嘉定五年（1212年）。[1]村委会在2002年12月撤销，集体资产交给黄村实业有限公司经营，该公司2003年1月20日注册成立。[1]黄村在2023年被收入广州市的首批地名保护名录。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]
村里有明清时期的宗祠27座，两座已定为区级文保单位。[1]据维基百科的天河区文物保护单位列表，黄村一带有子贤黄公祠（黄村中心街19号，始建于1642年）、子俊黄公祠（祠东里1号，建于明代）、黄村开村古井（围福里，年代记为1212年）、贵成家塾（黄村中心街29号，民国时期）以及华帝古庙（围福里，清代）。[2]
