三屋村明代建村，初称三屋，属泷水县。村中现有陈、李、王三姓，陈姓占72%。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
陈氏始祖于1437年迁入，形成本村最早的村落，此后李氏、王氏相继迁入。[2]
清末这里属罗定州城东南乡，民国期间归罗定县第六区。1950年改隶第二区（苹塘区），1953年5月转归第十区（围底区）管辖，1956年11月改归苹塘区。1958年后归围底公社，1961年改属华石公社。[2]
1983年大队改乡，归华石区管；1986年11月乡级建制撤销，代之以村委会，隶属华石乡；1989年2月起归华石镇。[2]
文化[edit]
2022年8月，三屋村被确定为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
广东省爱卫会于2023年5月将「2022年广东省卫生村」称号颁给三屋村下辖的五个自然村。[1]
2026年1月，三屋村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」称号。[1]
