黎垌村是金鸡镇的一个行政村，位于金鸡镇政府以西约8公里处，别名石狗黎垌[1][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

黎垌村建于1617年，起初叫石狗黎垌，后改称黎垌，属泷水县。清代归罗定州五都金鸡乡；民国时隶属罗定县第六区，1950年5月划入第二区。1958年归金鸡乡，1961年5月另立黎垌大队，转入金鸡公社。1983年改设乡，属金鸡区；1986年改为村委会，1989年一度称管理区，1998年复为村委会[2]。

文化[edit]

1993年，黎垌村被评为革命老区[2]。2019年9月，黎垌村被列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单[1]。
