龙吉村是罗定市苹塘镇下辖的行政村。黄氏始祖最早迁入，此后梁氏等姓相继迁来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年6月设龙吉生产大队，1983年8月撤大队设龙吉乡，1986年11月，乡级建制撤销，设龙吉村民委员会。1989年5月设龙吉管理区，1993年认定为革命老区。1998年9月管理区取消，重新设龙吉村民委员会。[2]

文化[edit]

广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单中，2019年9月，龙吉村名列其中。[1]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予旧二村、菱角塘村、旧一村、新村村、下垌村、上垌村、梅角村和磨针村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
