瑞平村是罗定市苹塘镇下辖的村民委员会，位于镇西北，距镇政府约5公里，村内耕地多在山坡上。明代属泷水县，1910年至1931年间设瑞平堡，辖8村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年6月设瑞平生产大队，1983年8月撤大队设瑞平乡，1986年11月撤乡改设瑞平村民委员会。1989年5月设瑞平管理区，1998年9月，管理区撤销后另设瑞平村民委员会。[3]

文化[edit]

「2019年广东省卫生村」名录中有瑞平村，列入时间为2019年10月。广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予下陂村、良八寨村、瓦窑埇村、由里塘村、埇莫村、榃瑶村、对水寨村、石牛塘村、谷窿口村、路咀村、至信面村、大村咀村和合理咀村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[2]
