罗阳村属朗塘镇，是镇下辖的一个行政村。村委会位于罗定市与阳春市的交界地带，村名由此而来[1]。村内方言为粤语[2]。2023年4月，罗阳村入选2022年度广东省乡村治理示范村创建名单[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

明代，罗阳归泷水县一都二图；清朝改归罗定州一都的开阳乡。1910年至1931年，此地有罗阳分界堡，下辖4个自然村，属罗定县第二区。1959年12月，建立罗阳生产大队，隶属䓣塘人民公社。1983年8月，大队改为罗阳乡；1986年11月，乡撤销，设罗阳村民委员会；1989年5月设罗阳管理区；1998年9月，管理区撤销，罗阳村民委员会重新成立，沿用至今。[3]
