榃东村位于罗定市罗平镇。村委会设在榃感圩之东，村名由此而来。约于明弘治四年（1491年）落户建村，隶属泷水县五都。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属罗定州五都永阜乡。清末至民国，村地先后归罗定县第六区围底团与榃感乡管辖，1942年起归第二区榃感乡。1950年5月起改隶第四区榃感乡。[2]

1958年先组入罗平乡榃感合作社，同年9月划归东风公社。1961年6月东风公社撤销后，村地归榃感公社；1974年7月榃感公社并入罗平公社，村内另设榃东生产大队。[2]

1983年撤大队改设乡，1986年复为村民委员会，1989年改为管理区，1993年获评革命老区，1998年又恢复为村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
