罗光村位于分界镇境内，是一个村庄。村委会自1986年设立，此前村地经历过多次建制变动[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1910年至1949年，村地属罗定县第三区分界乡的大塘堡。1950年5月，改属罗定县第一区的分界乡。1952年，罗磨山区与大塘地区合并，设为罗塘乡，罗定县隶属第一区[2]。

1958年2至8月，村地为分界乡罗塘合作社的一部分；同年9月隶属罗镜公社，成为罗塘生产大队。1961年6月，罗塘大队撤销，原辖区改设若干生产大队，归分界公社。1983年8月，大队改设罗光乡，归分界区[2]。

1986年11月乡制撤销，改设罗光村民委员会；1989年5月，村地又成为罗光管理区，归罗定县（市）分界镇领导。1998年9月，管理区取消，罗光村民委员会得以恢复，至今仍隶属罗定市分界镇[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，罗光村列为2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
