金河村位于分界镇境内，是一个村庄。1961年，原甘河大队的一片村庄分出后改建为三个大队，因方言中「甘」「金」音近，三者均改以「金」字冠名，本村即其中之一，名为金河[1]。村委会设在金河口，故名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

清朝时此地隶属罗定州二都顺仁乡朗心村。1910年至1931年，今辖区内的甘河口、甘河山等地隶属第三区分界团的朗心堡；1932年至1950年属第三区的分界乡[2]。

1950年5月至1958年，此地属第一区的分界乡。1958年2至8月为分界乡下的分界合作社；同年9月至1961年5月称甘河营，归罗镜公社。1961年6月，分界一带脱离罗镜公社，另建分界公社，原甘河大队的一片同时分出，调整为三个生产大队，本村为其中之一[2]。

1983年，本村大队改为金河乡，归分界区。1986年11月乡制撤销，改为金河村民委员会；1989年5月又设金河管理区，归罗定县（市）分界镇管辖，1993年获评革命老区。1998年9月撤销管理区，重建金河村委会，此后名称未再更改[2]。

名胜古迹[edit]

金河村大坪脚坑口的坡地上有一处沤蓝制靛工场遗址，年代为明清。遗址现存沤蓝池7个、储水池1个，沤蓝池分两层排列，上层4个、下层3个，用石块砌筑、灰砂土夯实，每个约3.3×3.3米见方[1]。
