黄豆坪村是太平镇的行政村。据博雅地名网，清代张氏先祖迁来落户，形成村中最早的村落；村庄始建于清朝期间，属罗定州二都顺仁乡。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1910年至1931年，黄豆坪村设立，隶属罗定县第三区罗镜团永清堡；1931年至1937年隶属第三区永清乡，1937年至1941年属第三区镜南乡，1942年至1950年属罗定县第三区罗镜乡。[2]

1950年起至1958年初，村地归罗定县第一区的镜南乡。1958年2月至8月为镜南合作社的一部分；同年秋起称黄豆坪营，属罗镜公社。1961年，划入新设的太平公社，改为黄豆坪生产大队。1983年改设黄豆坪乡；1986年11月起为村民委员会，1998年9月重设村委会，沿用至今。[2]
