腾笔村是太平镇的行政村。游、吴两姓的先祖都于1503年迁入村中，村庄约于明弘治十五年落户建村，当时隶属泷水县二都。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清宣统二年至民国20年（1910年至1931年），村地隶属罗定县第三区太平团的联辉堡；1932年至1937年隶属第三区联辉乡；1941年至罗定解放初，隶属第三区太平乡。[2]

1961年6月，村地划归新设立的太平公社。1974年设腾笔大队，隶属太平公社；1983年改设腾笔乡，1986年11月改设腾笔村民委员会。1998年9月，撤管理区后重设腾笔村委会，沿用至今。[2]
