步贺村位于罗镜镇，1961年分设步贺大队，1998年改设村民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化后，此地属罗镜公社管辖下的一个大队；1961年分出，单独设立步贺大队。1983年改为步贺乡，归罗镜区管辖；1986年乡制取消，改设步贺管理区；1998年9月，管理区又改称步贺村民委员会。[1]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，步贺村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。2019年10月，入选2019年广东省卫生村名录。2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予村内13个自然村2022年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
