历史沿革[edit]
约1631年（清天聪五年）建村，属罗定州二都顺仁乡。清末至民国时期隶属罗定县第三区罗镜团，后又数次改属罗镜区内的其他乡。1961年6月设塘埇生产大队，1983年8月撤大队设塘埇乡，1986年11月撤乡后改设塘埇村民委员会。1998年9月，管理区改为塘埇村民委员会。[2]
姓氏宗族[edit]
陈氏始祖明英于1631年自福建迁到罗镜塘埇大成塘，是本村最早的居民。梁氏始祖汶然于1746年由素龙钟村迁入塘埇落户。村中现有多个姓氏，以陈姓为最大。[2]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，塘埇村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。2026年1月，获评第二批广东省「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
