罗镜镇位于广东省云浮市罗定市南部，地处镜船盆地南缘，南面与云开大山相接，西南与信宜市交界，是抗日将领蔡廷锴将军的故乡，也是罗定市的县域副中心。[1][5][10]

罗镜圩长期是罗定市南部的商贸集散地，镇域内留存蔡廷锴故居、区寿年故居、翁氏牌坊等文物。2026年5月，罗镜镇列入「广东省第一批开展现代化建设的中心镇」名单，同月，省人民政府原则同意其历史文化名镇保护规划。[1][2][7]

历史沿革[edit]

东晋永和七年（公元351年）罗镜一带属龙乡县。隋开皇十八年（598年）起改隶泷水县，至明万历四年（1576年）仍属之。万历五年（1577年）泷水县改设罗定州，万历十六年（1588年）罗镜建起所城并筑了城墙。[3]

清乾隆四年（1739年）罗定州州判署迁到罗镜，称分州城，辖罗镜、太平、分界。民国时期罗镜属罗定县第三区。1949年2月，罗定县政府宣告在罗镜设立，县级机关由此驻扎于镇内。[3]

1950年罗镜为罗定县第一区，1954年8月改称罗镜区，1958年9月设罗镜人民公社，1983年8月复称罗镜区，1986年11月改设罗镜镇。2003年10月，新榕镇并入罗镜镇。[3]

相传宋末有一名叫罗镜的人在圩上开设小食店，待客殷勤，生意兴隆，此后圩便以“罗镜”为名。[1]

2002年罗镜被列为广东省中心镇之一。2023年11月入选「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村，2024年又被列入「按小城市标准建设中心镇」试点。[1][6][8]

2026年5月，省人民政府原则同意罗镜镇的历史文化名镇保护规划。罗镜为广东省历史文化名镇，东山祖庙、翁氏牌坊、区寿年故居与蔡廷锴故居同为镇内历史遗存。[7]

地理环境[edit]

镇域位于镜船盆地南缘，南侧即云开大山，属亚热带季风气候，气候温和，雨量充足。[1][9]

罗镜河贯穿全境，省道圣贵线经过全镇。镇域蕴藏锰矿，云沙温泉属氡气矿泉。[2]

经济[edit]

镇内以橄榄核雕为特色产业，乌榄种植与核雕加工形成产业链。“罗定橄榄核雕师”劳务品牌曾于「2024年全国劳务协作暨劳务品牌发展大会」上代表广东省亮相。[5]

农业上，罗镜镇于2020年8月被广东省农业农村厅公布为第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇，2023年3月被认定为「第十二批全国“一村一品”示范村镇」，产品为丝苗米。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

蔡廷锴故居位于龙岩村大华山下，是蔡廷锴出生和成长的地方，为三进院落的粤西客家式大屋。故居始建时间，博雅地名网作1912年，百度百科作1911年10月，两说不同。1989年列为「广东省文物保护单位」。[4][11]

2023年6月，云浮市关心下一代「党史国史教育基地」在蔡廷锴将军故居揭幕。[17]

东南一景摩崖石刻位于龙岩村五一队村的帝瓮瀑布旁。1938年秋，蔡廷锴在石壁上题刻“东南一景”四字。1985年5月20日公布为「罗定县第一批文物保护单位」。[4][12]

鹤咀山墓葬位于龙甘村河坝铺村的鹤咀山上，1983年清理，为夫妇合葬的南朝砖室墓，出土罐、碗、铜镜等随葬器物。1985年5月20日公布为「罗定县第一批文物保护单位」。[4]

翁氏牌坊位于驸台村牌坊村，清道光十八年（1838年）为旌表节妇翁氏而建，四柱三间三楼，以灰塑彩凤和人物造型见长，现为广东省文物保护单位，2019年4月19日公布为第九批广东省文物保护单位。[4][13][14]

区寿年故居位于镇区新街，民国二十年（1931年）建，为十九路军师长区寿年的旧居，二层，仿西洋军舰式样。1994年6月8日公布为罗定市市级文物保护单位。[4][16]

粤中纵队四支队十四团团部旧址位于镇人民政府大院内，建于民国三十三年（1944年），为十九路军军需处长叶少泉所建的四层青砖楼。1949年2月，这里曾作为粤中第四支队第十四团团部和罗定县人民政府办公地。[15]

此外，横桥岩画（横桥村）、罗镜天主堂、蔡廷锴父母墓、凌十八殉难井等，1994年6月8日公布为「罗定市第二批文物保护单位」；吴绍麟墓（红光村）、吉庆老社坛、官渡头桥（营汛村）等，2011年2月14日公布为「罗定市第四批文物保护单位」。凌十八殉难井是清道光年间拜上帝会起义将领凌十八在罗镜作战殉难的遗迹。[4]

著名人物[edit]

蔡廷锴出生和成长于罗镜，是抗日将领。叶少泉（1896—1974）为龙岩村人，1922年追随蔡廷锴从军，任连队司务官、营司书、军需官等职。[4][15]

区寿年为十九路军师长，其故居在镇内。吴绍麟为清代水师将领，罗镜东墟人，任平海营参将，后官至阳江镇总兵，墓葬于东山。[4][16]
