历史沿革[edit]
梁氏始祖崇礼于1276年迁到此地立村，之后谭、欧等姓相继迁入。现村中有梁、谭、欧、邓、陈、张、李7姓，梁姓约占62%。[2]
1400年建村，称埇表，属泷水县；1911年划归罗定州；民国时期归罗定县第五区、第二区管辖；解放后初期由第五区管辖，1958年改设埇表大队，归罗城公社辖；1983年撤大队改设乡，1998年恢复村委会建制，隶素龙街道。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
梁荣球公馆在上冲表村，民国时期建造，是两层的别墅式洋楼，占地1615平方米，周围设6座炮楼，列为罗定市第四批文物保护单位（2011年）。该公馆的主人梁荣球在抗日战争时期担任过一个独立团的团长，后任副师长，1946年获少将军衔。[3]
