马兰村为罗定市素龙街道的一个行政村，位于原素龙镇东北部，下辖龙庆、回龙、河口、榃冲、花溪、马兰、垌塝、新屋八个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

陈氏始祖学尹迁到此地立村，之后李、彭两姓相继迁入。现村中有陈、李、彭3姓，陈姓约占90%。[2]

民国时期归罗定县第五区、第二区管辖；解放后初期由第五区管辖，1958年归禄梨生产大队，1963年禄梨大队分出一支，设马兰大队，归罗城公社辖；1983年撤大队改设乡，1998年恢复村委会建制，隶素龙街道。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，本村列入2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单。[1]
